In the first instance, if you have a problem with your subscription, please contact our customer support team at support@vetbox.com and we will do our best to sort out the issue.
If you still want to cancel your subscription you will need to do so yourself via your account. Just login and got to the "my account" section of the dashboard. Here you will see the "close account" button.
If the account is not fully closed, pending invoices and orders will be sent, unless we are advised to cancel them.
Terminating the subscription alone will not close the account, the "close account" action is required.
