If you wish to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to do this yourself through your online account. Simply log in, go to the “My Account” section of your dashboard, and select the “Close Account” button.
Please note that if the account is not fully closed, any pending invoices or orders will still be processed unless you inform us otherwise. Ending your subscription alone will not close your account - the “Close Account” action is required.
