You can update your pet's weight through your account. All weights are entered onto a personalised weight graph helping you monitor your pet's weight over time. Sometimes a change in weight may put your pet into a higher or lower price category, if this is the case you'll be informed of the change.
As part of VetBox's terms and conditions, you agree to provide us with regular weight updates through the weight entry system in your account. This is important to ensure your pet receives the correct treatments and VetBox cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information provided by its customers, nor for any loss or damage incurred due to wrong products being provided because of inaccurate pet weights.
